African National Congress (ANC) president Cyril Ramaphosa says the ANC has no room for corrupt leaders and those who are involved in corrupt activities must be dealt with.

The newly elected ANC head was speaking during the pilgrimage visit to Bumbane Great Place outside Mthatha in the Eastern Cape, where he paid tribute to the late struggle leader, King Sabatha Dalindyebo.

Ramaphosa says, “People who are stealing, thieves and those who steal money must be removed and I am quite sure that they will be removed from the government. We are deadly serious about that because they target state owned enterprises, Eskom, Prasa, Transnet and we will end it…”

He added saying those who want to run businesses must get out of the ANC and said that the party has the potential to overcome any difficulties and challenges.

AbaThembu Acting King, Prince Azenathi Dalindyebo reiterated the ANC president’s call to fight corruption.

Dalindyebo says, “We are praying for a God fearing leadership, zero corruption leadership, a progressive leadership. We are pleading with you and fortunately our president has promised that those who are deep in corruption will be dealt with. We are also going to assist you to identify those who are implicated in corrupt activities.
