ANC NEC members have been deployed in various regions of the party in KwaZulu-Natal to inform branch leaders about the recent party decision to recall former President Jacob Zuma.
The feedback meeting started on Saturday where different NEC members, including Joel Netshitenzhe were deployed in different parts of the province including Abaqulusi and KwaDukuza.
On Sunday ANC NEC members Zweli Mkhize and Barbara Creecy accompanied by some members of the party’s provincial Interim Committee are in Durban to inform party branch chairpersons and secretaries about the recent developments in the party including the NEC’s decision to recall Zuma.
The NEC members are also expected to give reasons that formed the basis for the NEC to ask Zuma to step down.
