African National Congress (ANC) Head of Elections, Fikile Mbalula, is adamant that the ANC will get an overwhelming victory in Mpumalanga. He was speaking during the Mayihlome Rally at Masoyi Stadium near Hazyview.
Mbalula says the ANC campaign in the province is in full force and people are reacting positively to the party’s message.
“We are looking (forward) to getting an overwhelming victory here in Mpumalanga. But it won’t come on its own. We need to work for it. The volunteers in the ANC will work very hard and every village, every street is a battle ground. We are not focussed on big things. We are focussed on talking to voters, winning the trust of our people and doing even better for people going forward.”
