Former Armscor CEO Kevin Wakeford is expected to cross-examine former Bosasa COO Angelo Agrizzi at the State Capture Commission in Parktown, Johannesburg, on Wednesday morning.
Commission chair, Deputy Chief Justice Raymond Zondo on Monday granted Wakeford leave to give oral evidence and to cross-examine Agrizzi and BOSASA former head of central business, Frans Vorster.
During his previous testimony, Agrizzi alleged that Wakeford was paid R100 000 a month for helping the company resolve its SARS issues.
Justice Zondo said while granting the order that he would outline the terms of the proceedings.
“The cross-examination of Mr. Agrizzi will take place on Wednesday this week, and at the commencement of the proceedings I will announce the amount of time that I will give the applicant to cross-examine each one of those witnesses.”
