Minister of Environmental Affairs, Edna Molewa, says it is very significant that the World Economic Forum Africa summit is being hosted in South Africa saying it is an opportunity to showcase the country.
This gathering opens up interactions between world business, economic leaders and the African continent.
The Minister says that the summit gives the country a chance to prove to the world that it remains a good investment destination.
The World Economic Forum on Africa will kick off in Cape Town on Wednesday. The key event has already attracted over 1 000 participants from more than 75 economies.
