Advocacy group, Right2Know says Tuesday’s ruling by the High Court in Pretoria on the having the interview process for the next NPA head open to the public, strengthens openness in the country’s democracy.
DA MP and former State Prosecutor, Glynnis Breytenbach has withdrawn as a candidate for the position of NPA head. This comes as the panel conducting interviews is due to start with proceedings Wednesday at the Union Buildings in Pretoria.
