President Ramaphosa delivers Steve Biko Lecture

This year marks the 41st anniversary of Bantu Stephen Biko’s death in detention. As part of the commemoration activities being held this year, President Cyril Ramaphosa delivers the 19th Annual Steve Biko Memorial Lecture at the University of South Africa’s Z.K. Matthews Great Hall, Muckleneuk Campus.
Amongst many of his political achievements, President Ramaphosa joined and became a member of the South Africa Student’s Organisation in 1972, formed by Biko in 1969.
