Tyre manufacturing industry strike resumes
September 03, 2010
Indications are that the wage strike in the tyre manufacturing industry will continue into next week. New Tyre Manufacturers Employers Association chairperson, Basil Smith, says no further meetings between the association and trade unions National Union of Metalworkers South Africa (Numsa) and Solidarity have been scheduled.
