'KZN orphanage fire caused by gas explosion or electric fault'

The KwaZulu-Natal Social Development MEC Dr Meshack Radebe has told the provincial cabinet that a gas explosion or an electrical fault is the suspected cause of today's fire at an orphanage in Newcastle in the north of the province.
