I wont waste my time at the maintenance court anymore. Employees are so useless that next to nothing is accomplished and it is too depressing and a complete waste of precious earning time. They need to hire a better calibre of person to manage and administer processes. FAST

 

They say speak tn supervisors they do not realise how rude and unhelpful government staff are! very rude as they dont have a problem

 

why cant the courts simply use Post Office savings accounts to pay the mothers maintenance?

 

why dont the women open a bank account and get the men to do a debit order transfer?!?!

 

u get treated like an imbasile. there is nobody around 2 help u or advise u. as a working mother i cannot take off work all the time and have not had maintenance for 3 years.

 

i ask 4 URGENT MONETARY RELIEF 3 years ago! stil waiting at SIMONSTOWN COURT! Judge told me I WAS IO THE WRONG PLACE, I MUST GO 2 CHURCH 2 ASK 4 A MIRACLE!!!!!

 

Women are not treated well by people working in the courts they treat us like we are beggers and they are doing us a huge favour it also seems like they favour the men

 

Those maintenance officials should be Fired

 

I was once one of those woman but eventually my children grew up. Women should have more compassion for other women.

 

stop saying u understaffed,look around u & c how many r looking 4 work Its not even government money but our own why must we b treated like this

 

 allover SA women who collects maintenance gets a raw deal and the men still get treated like we are collecting money 4 ourselveS ,

 

Service at Wynberg in Cape utterly pathetic. More rights afforded to defaulters than to complainant. Incompetent & disinterested officials. Etc.

 

THERE IS NO QUESTION HERE.THESE CHILDREN ARE OUR FUTURE! WAT WE TEACH THEM-BY OUR, ACTIONS, MATTERS. PAY UP!

 

MAINTENANCE IS COMPLICATED TO RECEIVE. THE SYSTEM IS NOT ASSISTING MOTHERS. STRINGENT ACTION IS NEEDED, IE, DEFAULTERS SHOULD BE LISTED AT ALL CREDIT BUREAUS AND THE RECEIVER OF REVENUE SHOULD BE MADE AWARE OF DEFAULTERS AND IMPOSE FINES IN PROPORTIAN TO AREARS MAINTENANCE

 

My exhusband has just stoped paying maintenance he is R12 000 in arreas. And the courts just dont help me. Has been sumonsed to court twice but I need ur support
