"Blackboard Seige" - Viewers' Comments

parents need to take more responsibility for the discipline of their children.

Too little is done about the plight of learners and educators.

Gvt must provide safety for schools

Dept to fix all broken fences around schools and then the school gates stay closed from when school starts till going home. Teachers to stand gatewatch before and at end of school. Dept to install microphone and cameras at school gates.

Why dont the dept of education install surveilance cameras in and around all schools to identify molestors.

COMMUNITY MUST TAKE THEIR STREETS BACK & EDUCATION DEPT. MUST PROVIDE FIRST CLASS SECURITY AT SCHOOLS OR STOP CHARGING SCHOOL FEES.

PARENTS CAN WORK HAND IN HAND WITH CHILDRENS EDUCATORS TO PROTECT OUR CHILDREN. WE CAN DO PLAYGROUND DUTY, CLASSROOM ASSISTANTS, KEEP AN EYE AND EAR OPEN WHILE WALKING CHILDREN TO SCHOOL, LEARN TO KNOW YOUR CHILDS FRIENDS AND THEIR FAMILY. TAKE TIME TO LISTEN TO YOUR CHILD AFTER SCHOOL. SOMETHING MAY ALERT YOU IF YOU REALLY TAKE TIME 2 LISTEN.

Make religion more prominent. Have pray circles around the school grounds once a week. Faith and pray conquers all. They must believe.

UNTIL POVERTY DRUGS HOUSING ADDRESSED DONT EXPECT MIRACLES

WE DRIL OUR MINISTER OF EDUCATION wrt SAFETY! WHERES OUR MINISTER OF SAFETY & SECURITY? S.A. WE HAV GOT 2 GET OUR ACT 2GETHA!?!

CHILDREN SHOULD BE CHILDREN. THEY SHOULD NOT BE BELITTLED AND SHOULD FEEL SAFE AND LOVED AT ALL TIMES. IF U SEE A CHILD THAT IS ANGRY TALK TO THEMAND DISCUSS THE FEELINGS THEY ARE EXPERIENCING. LEAD BY EXAMPLE.

Teachers are not responsible for childrens discipline unless they know that they are aware of abuse of the child
