Elections 2004

The Nine Provinces

Elections will be held in all nine provinces on April 14. Voters will select a party to occupy seats in the Provincial Legislature. The SABC/Markinor Opinion 2004 poll indicates that the ANC will be the biggest party in all nine legislatures, but it might not have an absolute majority (more than 50%) in two of the provinces: Western Cape and KwaZulu Natal.
