SA consumers face further fuel hike

The petrol price will increase by 55 c/ next week

Motorists have been hit hard by the recent petrol price increases

Consumers have been hit with another fuel price hike.

The department of Minerals and Energy has announced that the petrol price will increase by 55 c/ next week.

Petrol users will pay R9, 46 per litre inland while diesel will go up by 71c to rise above R10 a litre on Wednesday. Parraffin will go up by 74c/l.

The hike in the petrol price follows a 60c increase last month.
