The recent dismissal by the Zimbabwean high court not to block the election recount shows that the Judiciary is not independent that is, there is no Separation of Powers. How can the ballot boxes be kept under the authority of ZANU-PF through ZEC which is controlled by Mugabe Regime be taken for recount. It will be insensitive for the MDC to accept the recount after more than two weeks Mugabe holding the results. It is now time for the MDC leader to organise the arms deal with the British, the French and the Americans since Mugabe is banking on the Chinse assistance for military hardware.
