Nothing of that sort
- Wednesday 09 April 2008

I must say I am truly disgusted by the attitudes, specific and general of the SA president Thabo Mbeki and the SABC, respectively , to the pain and suffering of the people of Zimbabwe. Thabo Mbeki behaves like the legendary "wives" of Mugabe, totally unable to project any sense of intergrity and self -worth. What stops him from being truthful and compassionate? What has Mugabe done to Mbeki and his government that they are totally unableto speak out against tyranny and evil? I have always held the Soth Africans to be a shallow and unprincipled peopled with no sense of the humane essence. My fears have been realized. As for SABC, a little, just a modicum of honesty would serve you well. Your coverage of the Zimbabwean situation, particurlarly elections, past and current has been shamelessly biased and completely at variance with the tragic situation of the suffering Zimbabweans. You have assidiously and craftly and with no sense of shame chosen to take the Tyrant's side ad closed your eyes to to the sickening sight of a black man visiting mayhem and violence on another! Have you people no moral compunction, have you no shame? Do you savour the blood of decent Africans who are being sacrificed for he egomanical ravings of a feelingless ancient man who is haunted by the ghosts ofthose he murderd in cold blood!? Steve Biko must be turning in his grave because he cannot understand that you people, who only less than two decades ago were treated as subhumans and you found respite and solace in our country , ZImbabwe. It is not Mugabe who gave you sanctuary, but the Zimbabwean family which you have now abandoned! Shame, Shame on you! Even the White world is grimly amused that you Sout Africans can stand up in the UN and , with spirit prevent intervention in Zimbabwe. Ypou are a hard people, but Time will catch up with you and we will never forget- Mwana weZimbaRemabw.ge
