MUGABE - HIS WAY OR NO WAY!
Anonymous - Wednesday 09 April 2008

The holding back of results and shutting down of the ZEC operations in Harare goes to show how President Mugabe has been running the country for the past 28-years. It’s either his way or no way. Just because he lost this election, he prefers not to disclose his defeat by holding back the results. Its time he accepts that Zimbabwe and its people were created by God, he therefore has no right whatsoever to deny God’s people their freedom. He can’t hold on to power in Zimbabwe when the people have actually voted him out. A president can only be a president because of the people’s will – expressed by votes, not because of his own will. He is denying the people of Zimbabwe their constitutional right to know the outcome of their votes. He has been denying the people their human rights ever since he came into power in 1980. For that reason, he deserves to be axed. I call upon the world community to stage a campaign against dictatorship and tyranny in Zimbabwe, to raise their voices even louder on behalf of the Zimbabwean people. Siphiwe Johannesburg
