WHAT ABOUT AFRICA ITSELF?
TEAM AFRICAN - Saturday 05 April 2008

AS MUCH AS I AGREE THAT EUROPEANS ARE TRYING TO TAKE OVER AFRICA, I DON'T HEAR ANYONE MENTIONING OTHER AFRICAN COUNTRIES.COUNTRIES LIKE SOUTH AFRICA, KENYA AND TANZANIA FOUGHT AND WON AGAINST COLONIALISM BUT ARE NOT DOING ENOUGH TO HELP ZIMBABWE TO BE DEMOCRATIC. IF EVER ITS TRUE THAT THE REST OF THE WORLD NEEDS TO SEE ZIMBABWE GET BACK ON ITS FEET AS A NORMAL COUNTRY, THEY WOULD DO SOMETHING VEHEMENTLY, LIKE THEY DID IN IRAQ. MUGABE IS NOT THE PROBLEM, THE PROBLEM IS THE ZIMBABWEAN PEOPLE THEMSELVES. THEY ARE CRYING FOR FREEDOM BUT NOT WILLING TO ACT FOR IT. FOR EXAMPLE, HOW CAN MUGABE WIN THE ELECTIONS 3 TIMES WHILE THE PEOPLE ARE SUFFERING IN THEIR OWN COUNTRY BUT STILL VOTE FOR? THEY ARE LIKE ROBOTS. THEY GET MISLED BY THE GIFTS HE HANDS OUT DIRECTLY BEFORE THE ELECTIONS. ALL OF A SUDDEN EVERYONE FORGETS THAT THE FOOD PARCEL CAN ONLY LAST SO LONG, AND AFTER THAT ITS BACK TO STARVATION. WAKE UP AFRICA. LET US UNITE AND DO SOMETHING FOR OUR AFRICAN BROTHERS AND SISTERS. LIKE THE SAYING GOES; 'ONE PERSON CANNOT DESTROY A NATION ALONE'
