| Quotas are there for a reason |

| Quotas exist because white’s coaches are unable to act fairly and therefore need to be assisted so that it is fair for all. despite the fact that the quota system only reserve a small percentage for the majority of the population a huge portion of the whites coaches are complaining about it, just to show you how much help they need from the central government. They are not able to act fair, it is has if they have no capacity to behave fair. |
