| The child grant should be scrapped and money taken to municipalities to great jobs for all. Rate of early pregnancies and HIV/AIDS has escalated and affecting the poor of the poorest, if this is scrapped will benefit all and not seeing the unemployed getting pregnant for being supported by Tax Payers |
