We should not decide on taking or not taking them on the basis of their nationality. If professionals from Zim are found to be meeting the required standards of competence then why should they not be considered? If we have to stop taking foreign professionals I think it should be for reasons as good as we need to hire locals. This means if we say foreign professionals are not to be taken, it should not be because they are from a Zim but it should refer to non-locals generally. But if we have specific reasons (especially political) for restricting professionals from a particular country, then that should be that.
