| For now Zimbabwe produces more professionals that the economy/opportunities there can take. South Africa on the other side is on the verge of not capitalising on the opportunities that 2010 will bring to the country and the region. So it would make sense for South Africa to recruit professionals from the same region, instead of from overseas, to fill the skills gaps that we read about daily in the media. |
